We do not offer exchange on faulty or damaged products due to shipping. We are unable to offer compensation for change-of-mind purchases and to protect your hygiene, products cannot be returned.

We create our products to be gentle and mild, and source our ingredients with this in mind. Our hope is that our customers with the most sensitive of skin will love and enjoy using our products. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend using a small amount of any skin care product in a concentrated area before full use to determine which products work well with your skin.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.
